The shipping process with Kikatek was alright; they got it to FedEx on the same day I bought it. But man, getting the delivery from FedEx was a total hassle!!! It was supposed to arrive the next day, which I paid extra for. Yet, three days later, still no package. I didn’t hear a peep from them, no calls or emails at all. Then, just the day before I finally got a call from FedEx, asking if they could drop it off on Saturday morning. I asked the lady on the line what other options I had, and guess what? There were none!!!!

Keep in mind, I forked out nearly £9 for that next day delivery service.

I've been keen to dive into Gundam for a bit and received a kit for Christmas. While browsing online for more, I stumbled upon Kikatek, which had a huge selection available, including pre-orders with some nice discounts, tools, and accessories—everything you could need. I went ahead and placed an order with the cheapest shipping option, which promised delivery in 5 working days, but it showed up in just 48 hours! (I've now ordered 3 kits.) They arrived super well packed and even included some sweets. Honestly, it’s been a great shopping experience, and I’d totally recommend it.
